She has always done an excellent job. I had to stop the service for a year (due to other budgetary priorities) but when I called she was able to add me back to her schedule. I have three dogs and she keeps the dust and hair level down so it doesn't effect my asthma. I trust Shannon in my home.

Shannon Cleaning surpassed my expectations. I was hesitant to find another housecleaning company because I was always left disappointed. I tried Shannon Cleaning as a last effort because between work and the kids I just didn't have enough time to get everything done. I was pleasantly surprised and she did even better than if I did it myself! I no longer have to worry about cleaning and have the time to enjoy doing the things I want to do.

Shannon has cleaned my house for eight years. She gets my sinks and tubs bright white even when I can't and I think they will be stained that way forever. She offers me great cleaning advice on how to get things cleaner and be more efficient. She is thorough, dependable, and trustworthy. She has saved me from being embarrassed when my in-laws came to town and also cleaned for me every time I was pregnant and wasn't suppose to be exposed to chemicals. My family recently moved to the area, but for the past 8 years she has been my only support network. I recommend her so much that I have gotten everyone I can a gift certificate for her services.
